Is ivy lane studio a photographer?

Ivy Lane Studio is a photography studio and event space, but we are NOT photographers. However, we do know some great ones that rent our space. Check out our Instagram to see some of the featured photographers.

How many people can the studio fit?

Our studio can fit up to 100 people - making it a perfect spot for a party.

Do you have to rent the furniture?

No, we stage furniture in our studio full-time. It is there for you to use however you like. You can also bring in your own furniture and/or props.

Do you have tables and chairs?

Yes! Five 60 inch round tables, five 6 feet rectangular tables, and 60 chairs are included in our rental rates. Please note, linens are not provided

How can I book the studio?

You will complete all bookings online through the Book Now tab. If you see the time and date you are wanting, it is available to book. If your desired time and date do not show, they are already booked.

Can I view the studio before booking?

Of course! We have added a Studio Tour option under the Book Now tab. These are 15 minute spots where the studio will be unlocked for you to go in and look around to make sure it is the perfect spot for your event / photography needs!

Do I need a code to get in to the studio?

No, we control the lock from our phones so it will be unlocked upon your arrival at your booked time. (If the studio door is locked for any reason, please call us to let us know.)

What is your cancellation policy?

As of 2/1/2022 we will no longer be issuing refunds, but clients will receive studio credit for any canceled appointment as long as it's canceled 24 hours BEFORE the scheduled appointment.

House Rules

  • Scheduled rental time begins promptly at the booked start time and ends at the booked end time regardless of arrival time.

  • Setup and clean up must take place within rental time.

  • No glitter, flames, or pets of any kind unless special permission is given in advance.

  • Moving the furniture is permitted, however you may not drag it across the floor and potentially damage the furniture.

  • Leave the space how you found it. Failure to clean up will result in a separate $100 cleaning fee.
